At Orchard Estates we concentrate our efforts on selling and renting property and not the sale of financial services, giving Clients the sure knowledge that any advice is in their best interests with no ulterior motive.

We do recognise however that some Clients may need advice to assist with their purchase, and they are introduced to Independent Mortgage Advisors, and also to Independent Insurance Brokers who will be able to deal with their requirements.

We also recognise that some Clients may need legal advice to undertake the sale or purchase of a property.

Orchard Estates are able to recommend several local Solicitors who are highly experienced with the legal process involved with their sale or purchase.
