If you are in the area, you could always call into our Office and pick up one of our rental lists, which is updated every day.

When you have chosen a property, you will need to leave a deposit of one weeks rent to secure the property pending you completing a credit and reference check. You will then pay one month’s rent in advance, together with one month’s rent as a security bond, and can then arrange a suitable date upon which to move in.

The minimum tenancy period is for an initial period of 6 months, and we carry out full photographic inventories prior to you moving in, so that any potential disagreements are kept to a minimum upon your move out.

Orchard Estates protect your bond with the Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme, and will be held in a protected Bank Account for the duration of your tenancy.
